Abstract

Nowadays the moral and social evils have become so common that the majority of people are not even ready to consider them evil. One of them is dishonesty. Dishonesty is the legal, administrative, social and financial corruption that all civilized and developed countries have committed to discouraged and considered an unforgivable crime. Every nation has given instructions to punish according to its own law.

Islam is a religion of nature and one of its goals is to make the world a better place to live, honesty has been given an important place in it, keeping in mind this need of humanity, dishonesty is prevented. Generally, the concept of dishonesty is considered to be special along with financial trust. If someone keeps property in trust and then refuses to return it, it is said that he is dishonest. Of course, this is also dishonesty. Yes, but the Islamic concept of dishonesty is very wide. Dishonesty is not only in wealth but also in secrets, position, knowledge and advice. In this article, various forms of dishonesty will be explained and their legal solution will also be presented.
