This study examines the vital role played by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in promoting and spreading Islamic culture and consolidating the values of peaceful coexistence. The research aims to shed light on the strategies and programs adopted by the Ministry to spread true religious awareness, organize religious rituals, and protect Islamic identity in light of contemporary challenges.
The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach by monitoring the Ministry's achievements in the fields of caring for the Holy Mosques, organizing Quranic competitions, and holding conferences on the Prophet's biography, in addition to its efforts to promote dialogue between sects and religions to ensure societal stability. The study concluded that the Ministry plays a pivotal role in directing religious discourse towards moderation and moderation, but it faces technical and media challenges that require the development of digital communication tools to reach the youth more broadly. The study concludes with a set of recommendations to enhance efficiency institutionalization of the Ministry and expanding the scope of its cultural influence locally and internationally.
