Allah Almighty has provided humanity with a comprehensive and perfect code of life through Islam, which is flawless in every aspect of individual and collective human life. Islam does not view sexual desires as inherently impure, but encourages their fulfillment in a pure and lawful manner. Because sex is a fundamental human need. However, the consequences of engaging in sexual immorality can be severe, affecting individuals, communities, morality, and society as a whole. It is clear that irresponsible sexual behavior contributes to corruption and societal problems.
The peculiarity of Islamic Sharia is that it also bans the reasons and reasons of crime; this is, it cuts the crime from the basis. And this is the principle that the root of evil needs to be cut down and the causes destroyed. If the reason is not present, then it may also not be possible. In an identical way, Islamic Sharia has also banned the reasons for sexual immorality, together with adultery. If there may be a ban on adultery, the causes and reasons of adultery, i.e., evil eyesight, nakedness, and mixing of males and females, are also banned by means of affirming them as crimes, because such bad moves are the purpose and precursor of adultery and “sexual immorality”.
